You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

To be eligible, please contact us within 1–3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via cash.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items returned after the 1–3 day window
  • Items without original packaging
